This Return Policy applies to digital products and services purchased from Expelflushflex through expelflushflex.ddd.

Digital Products

Our products consist of digital guides, downloadable PDF materials, and access to online tools. Because digital content can be accessed immediately upon delivery, standard return conditions for physical goods do not fully apply.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital products, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content.

By requesting immediate access to digital content at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived once delivery has begun with your explicit consent.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

• You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the digital product.
• The digital product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
• The product received is materially different from its description on our website.

Non-Eligible Returns

Refunds are generally not available when:

• The digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
• The 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
• The purchase was made with full knowledge of the digital nature of the product and delivery commenced with your consent.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
